Alberta Restrictions Exemption Program Implementation Grant
Overview
The Restrictions Exemption Program Implementation Grant provides a one-time payment to eligible businesses, cooperatives and non-profit organizations that choose to implement the Restrictions Exemption Program.
How Much
The grant provides $2,000 for eligible small- and medium-sized organizations that choose to implement the Restrictions Exemption Program.
Eligible organizations
To be eligible, an Albertan organization must be:
On the list of eligible in-scope operators implementing the Restrictions Exemption Program consistently as part of daily operations
The applicant organization is one of the following legal entities, registered in Alberta as of September 20, 2021, and is in good standing under one of the following Acts: - Corporation registered under the Business Corporations Act (Alberta)*; - Partnership registered under the Partnership Act (Alberta); - Sole proprietor with a trade name registered under the Partnership Act (Alberta)**; - Corporation incorporated under a special act or private act of the Alberta Legislature; - Non-profit registered under a special act or a private act of the Alberta Legislature***; - Non-profit registered under Part 9 of the Companies Act (Alberta); - Society registered under the Societies Act (Alberta) or the Agricultural Societies Act (Alberta); - Cooperative registered under the Cooperatives Act (Alberta); OR - Unregistered sole proprietor with documentation to demonstrate the existence of business operations on or before September 20, 2021;
Verifying proof of vaccination, negative test results or medical exemption for patrons 12 and over
Maintains a permanent establishment in Alberta, and
Employs fewer than 500 employees

Starts November 16, 2021 until funding has been allocated

- 파트너십법에 따라 등록된 파트너십
- Partnership Act**에 따라 등록된 상호를 가진 개인 사업자

- 앨버타 주의회***의 특별법 또는 사적 행위에 따라 등록된 비영리 단체

- 협동조합법에 따라 등록된 협동조합 또는
- 2021년 9월 20일 또는 그 이전에 사업 운영의 존재를 입증하는 문서가 있는 미등록 개인 사업자
만 12세 이상 고객에 대한 코로나백신 증명서, 음성 검사 결과 또는 의학적 면제 확인
앨버타에 시설을 유지
직원 500명 미만 고용
